What is Wallaby Kids' Return Policy

Wallaby Kids will fully refund the cost of any non-defective retail product less original shipping and handling charges within 30 days of purchase. Purchase must be made through either Wallaby Kids' call center or the wallabykids.com web site. The complete set of components that make up the product, its corresponding packaging, along with a letter stating the reason the product is being returned must be sent to: Wallaby Kids, 2768 S. Ivan Way, Denver, C0 80227. Return mailings must be post marked within 30 days of product purchase. Return shipping and handling expenses are the responsibility of the consumer. No restocking fees shall apply.

Wallaby Kids will NOT refund or replace trainer items that are damaged do to improper storage or use.

Wallaby Kids reserves the right to repair or replace any trainer or trainer component that fails due to manufactures defect within 30 days of purchase. Purchase must be made through either the Wallaby Kids call center, or through wallabykids.com. The defective product along, with a letter describing the nature of the defect, must be sent to Wallaby Kids Inc., 2768 S Ivan Way, Denver, C0 80227. Return mailings must be post marked within 30 days of product purchase. Return shipping and handling expenses are the responsibility of the consumer. Wallaby Kids will bare responsibility for shipping and handling expense associated with the delivery of repaired or replacement items.

This refund policy pertains to all product purchased on or after 1 December, 2003.
